I am the founder and owner of Hospitality Training Services- Belize and Hospitality Recruitment Services. My background is in management, sales, training, job placement, team building ... moreand development, in Belize. I'm a passionate leadership expert with very comprehensive working experience in hotel management.

Prior to starting my company I was a GM for Sandy Point Resorts based at Belizean Shores in San Pedro. Before that I had held various senior management positions at The Phoenix Resort: food and beverage manager in San Pedro Ambergris Caye, Guest Services Manager at Ka'ana Resort in San Ignacio, Human Resource manager, sales manager and food and beverage manager at the Radisson in Belize City. During university I had worked for an exchange year as a curb side greeter, front desk representative, lobby concierge and club concierge at the Polynesian Resort and the Grand Floridian at Walt Disney World in Florida in the US.

I'm a certified hospitality trainer and department trainer, as well as a certified food and beverage executive through the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute. I am also a hospitality consultant (systemic coaching, executive coaching, leadership coaching).

I studied Tourism management at the University of Belize and I also obtained an associates degree in Accounting and business management from St. John's College Jr College. I completed a Human Resources course at Walt Disney World through Tompkins Cortland Community College. I'm a native Belizean speaking English & Spanish.

I have a strong passion in assisting others to learn and grow. I believe that everyone carries all resources in order to succeed.

Exam: the certification exam consist of thirty multiple-choice questions and candidates must pass the exam with a score of 70% or higher to obtain the restaurant server certification.
