Tunichil Adventure Tours provides guided cave and adventure tours in Belize, including Actun Tunichil Muknal (ATM) Cave tours and Cave Tubing & Crystal Cave tours. All tours are conducted subject to availability, environmental conditions, and regulatory requirements.
 
Participant Responsibility
Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all physical, safety, and equipment requirements communicated prior to the tour. This includes swimming ability, appropriate footwear and clothing, and comfort in cave and water environments.
Guests must provide accurate personal information during the booking process. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in denied participation.
 
Assumption of Risk
Adventure tours involve inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, water crossings, swimming, climbing, confined spaces, and changing environmental conditions.
By participating, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and acknowledge that such risks cannot be entirely eliminated.
 
Guide Authority & Compliance
Guests agree to follow all instructions provided by the guide at all times. Tunichil Adventure Tours reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate a tour if guest behaviour, physical condition, or non-compliance poses a safety or conservation risk.
Failure to comply with rules, safety procedures, or conservation protocols may result in removal from the tour without refund.
 
Environmental & Cultural Protection
All tours operate within protected natural and archaeological sites. Guests must not touch artefacts, skeletal remains, cave formations, or natural features. Prohibited items, including electronic devices where restricted, must not be brought into designated areas.
Violations may result in immediate removal and may be reported to relevant authorities.
 
Weather & Force Majeure
Tours are subject to weather, water levels, environmental conditions, and access restrictions beyond the operator’s control. Tunichil Adventure Tours is not responsible for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by natural events, government restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances.
 
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tunichil Adventure Tours, its guides, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in any tour, except where required by applicable law.
 
Photography & Media
Photography, video recording, and electronic devices may be restricted or prohibited inside certain sites, including ATM Cave. Guests agree to comply with all photography rules enforced by guides and authorities.
