1. Free cancellation until 30 DAYS before check-in date. The 10% deposit (plus tax) that was charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.
2. Cancellations less than 30 DAYS prior to check-in date are not refundable. Guests can reschedule their booking free of charge. All other conditions must remain the same. Any upgrades to room type or season (i.e., from low season to high season) will result in additional charges. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
3. Mangata Villas shall NOT be liable for any refunds, or other compensation due to travel delays, cancellations OUTSIDE these terms, any guest’s inability to travel for any reason and any related losses or expenses including without limitation any losses or expenses resulting from “acts of God” such as but not limited to: hurricanes, pandemics, political issues, illness, emergencies or any force majeure type events. 14 in total. Each of the 3 casitas has a king bed that can sleep 2 each and the 2 Villas both have a king bed and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
Our 3 private casitas are individual "cabanas". They are not ocean view, but they're only a few steps away from the ocean! Our 2 beachfront Villas are right on the beach and they step out onto the pool deck. Both room types enjoy the same access and amenities!
Yes! Our on-site beach bar, Moon Bar, is open every day from 12 PM to 9 PM. There are two restaurants within walking distance. There are several more that are 5 to 10 minutes' drive away. Most people stop at the grocery store in town on the way from the airport. There are a couple of small grocery stores and produce stands nearby too.
