This 2-story home can be rented as 2 separate units. Both floors have open kitchen, dining, and living areas. The first floor is 1,250 square feet with three bedrooms and one full bathroom. A second outdoor shower and bathroom near the pool is only steps away from the front entrance to the lower level.
