This is a great location if you're looking for relaxation, diving or snorkeling, fishing or other adventures. Located approximately 6 miles north of San Pedro town center, the villa is within walking distance to Portofino Restaurant and 10-15 minutes by golf cart from the grocery store, Rojo Lounge and Mata Chica Resort. About 3 miles of the road north to the property is unpaved and can get a bit bumpy!

The north side of the dock is for swimmers only and south is for boats only. The dock has floats and inner-tubes for relaxing.
