The Hummingbird house is a large, fully furnished, 3 bedroom-2.5 bathroom house. Its elegant and modern design features various Belizean hardwoods and a spacious floor plan. The entrance leads to a bright foyer, bathroom and large covered patio, perfect napping in the shade. A curved staircase takes you to the upstairs living area where you are met with high ceilings expansive ocean views. The ocean facing interior walls are constructed of tall sliding glass panels and can be open to extend the living area outside and allow a cooling breeze. The balcony wraps around the house, providing breathtaking views over the lush coconut trees.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room and living room are furnished with local, artisan-built wood doors, windows, cabinetry and furniture. South facing you'll find two bedrooms, one if which has French doors that open to the balcony. North facing is the master suite, which has an upscale bathroom and outdoor shower. This bedroom also has balcony access. The private dock overlooks the ocean and harbor while offering exceptional privacy. Our onsite caretaker will be happy to ferry you to and from Placencia Village. He can also direct you to a variety of restaurants, bars, boutiques and outdoor activities to enjoy.
