It also has 2 double ... moreseater kayaks and bikes to use free of charge. Seaside Casa is located on the very southern tip of the island, 5 1/2 miles from San PedroTown. This one bedroom suite is ideal for a couple or a family of four. No worries on power outages, we have a solar system and a generator back up. We turn our solar on from 9:00am until 5:00pm. The air conditioning and microwave is available to guests from 5:00pm to 9:00am.
The suite features a queen size bed (in the one bedroom) and its own private ensuite bathroom. The living room has a full sleeper sofa to accommodate two more persons. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
Just off the outside large covered patio is a full bathroom and a small private infinity pool to cool off on a hot tropical day. The pool has a swim up bar area and a BBQ grill. Casa Tulipan is located on Ambergris Caye just 2.5 miles south of San Pedro Town. This one bedroom, fully furnished, air conditioned home is set on its own fenced lot and surrounded ... moreby private homes with a lush vacant lot behind and quiet neighbors on either side. Casa Tulipan sits just two rows off of the beach with public beach access about 250 meters down the road. From the house you can enjoy a leisurely walk along the beach, walk to a casual restaurant and resort just down the road, or explore the island by golf cart.
The home is fully furnished with a queen size bed, linens, towels, dishes, and appliances (washer, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, stove, etc.). Cable television and mobile phone are provided. You can purchase phone cards in town for use with the phone. If you don’t wish to cook your own meals, we can arrange for a catering service to shop and cook Belize or American cuisine for you. Parking for golf carts is available inside the 1.25 meter fence with a locking gate. Additional restaurants, grocery stores and internet access are within 1 to 1.5 miles.
