Support wildlife conservation while experiencing Belize’s native animals in their natural-style habitats! Dub as the best little zoo in the world, the Belize Zoo provides this incredible opportunity for visitors to get up close and be in the company of a wide variety of wild animals. Known for its protection and conservation of animals found in the jungle of Belize, visitors are completely satisfied and amazed after experiencing the Zoo. This tour starts in Belize City where after being picked up your train and licensed driver/guide will drive you just about 50 mins west for your guided tour of the Zoo. Along the way, you will be presented with valuable information about our country's rich culture and history. Once at the Zoo and after a chance to use the restroom your tour gets started of the zoo itself. As you walk from one display to another your tour guide will be giving you interesting information about each animal you will be seeing. You will be able to see most of the animals that are found in Belize and this region. After about an hour and a half, your tour is complete and you get a chance to look around the gift shop before making your way back to the City.
