  • Cancellations made 7 days before will be refunded 70% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.

  • We reserve the right to change any itinerary to match the weather conditions. If we cancel any trip because of unsafe or unsuitable weather, you will receive a refund, less banking fees.
  • In any circumstances that your itinerary changes prior to arrival (minimum of 45 days prior to arrival), and you must forgo the reserved tour(s), a refund is given, less banking fees.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour date will be charged 100% of the tour cost (no refund).
